I really wanted to like this recipe. My step-son (who's fully grown) took his dad (my husband) to Sam's Club where they bought a multitude of items. Step-son ensured his dad it was so much better than Trader Joe's Orange Chicken.
I was skeptical.
So I gave myself a plate of it.
Flavor? Eh, it's okay.
Difficulty? SUPER EASY.
End result? Blech.
Not much of a recipe for this - purchase the box of Kahiki General Tso's Chicken.
Follow the directions on the side of the box.
Make some yummy rice (sushi rice preferred, but tonight I just Jasmine rice). Heaven. Because the chicken cooks at about the time does, it's easy to balance back and forth between.
Dish it all up and enjoy!

Ugh. I am SO drinking a lot of water tomorrow.
What I did NOT like? The level of sodium. I didn't see how much (or how little) there was. All I do know is that my tummy felt bloated and I just didn't "feel" right. Didn't take me long to figure out the chicken dinner was the culprit. Ugh. My tummy feels painful.
